Changing score recipients
Want to make changes to yourfreescore recipients? You can do so for free up to three days after your test date. If it’s more than three days after your test, you can request additional score reports for a fee. To start this process, visit your Praxis account.
Ordering additional score reports
YourPraxisscores are valid for ten years, and you can order additional score reports at any point during that period. Each nonrefundable report costs $50 per score recipient. For information about which scores will be reported, reviewThe Praxis®Tests Information Bulletin(PDF).
Order online
- Sign into yourPraxis account.
- Choose "Order Score Reports," and follow the instructions to complete your order.
- Debit or credit cards, eChecks, and PayPal®are accepted online. Payment can also be made with American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, MasterCard®, VISA®, Union Pay, Rupay Global, and Diners Club International.

- Call toll-free at1-800-772-9476.
- You'll need a valid debit or credit card.
Order by mail/fax
- Download and complete theAdditional Score Report Request Form(PDF).
- If you’re paying by check, submit your completed form with check made payable to ETS- Praxis; P.O. Box 382065; Pittsburgh, PA 15251-8065.
- If you’re paying by credit/debit card, you have two options: 1) Fax your completed form to1-609-530-0581or1-610-290-8973 OR 2) Mail your completed form to Praxis - ETS; P.O. Box 6051; Princeton, NJ 08541-6050.
Automatic score reporting
If you test in one of these states or territories, a copy of your scores is automatically sent to that state’s teacher credentialing agency. If the state you test in is different from the state to which you’ll apply for certification, or if it isn’t on the following list, select the state as a score recipient so that a score report will be sent to the state's teacher-credentialing agency.
