What is Form 2 under Karnataka Factories Act? ›

Application for registration and grant of licence is required to be made before 15 days of starting any manufacturing activity in the new factory to the concerned Area Inspector with a set of prescribed documents. The licensee shall renew the licence every year.

Initial Registrations

An initial registration must take place in person at a local service center at the time of titling by submitting the following; Proof of identity (required for all owners) Proof of Florida Insurance. A completed Application for Certificate of Title With/Without Registration (HSMV form 82040)

Acquiring a Title

Under Florida Statute 320.07, anyone caught driving with a registration that has expired for 6 months or less commits a non-moving violation. Under State Law, if you own a motor vehicle, you must renew your tag (vehicle registration) each year by midnight of the first owner's birthday. Late fees are imposed for all license tags renewed after the tenth day of the month following the birth month.
